Cette nouvelle série déploie une esthétique et des préoccupations proches du réalisme magique.
Un lieu quotidien - la ville, est submergée par un événement merveilleux ; une végétation inventée qui reprend ses terres colonisées.
C’est sans doute une des raisons qui explique le cadrage symbolique du carré.
Dans un second temps, la forme s’est imposée au sujet en réponse à un souci narratif ; ces images s’assemblent et s’emboitent à la manière d’un puzzle pour raconter une histoire, elle déplient un monde. Chaque photographie est donc pensée comme une tesselle unique s’intégrant à un ensemble plus grand qu’on pourrait appeler mosaïque.

This new series uses an aesthetic and concerns close to magic realism. An everyday place - the city - is flooded by an awesome event ; a fictional vegetation reclaims its colonized land. This is undoubtedly one of the reasons for the square's symbolic framing. In the next step, the shape took over the object in response to a narrative concern: these images fit together like puzzle pieces to tell a story, to unfold a world. Each photograph is thus conceived as a unique tile, part of a larger whole that might be called a mosaic.
