60 x 40 x 5 cm (h x w x d)
Black marker and water colour on paper

How is being a foreign student, starting a new university experience during the current Covid_19
How can you meet new people, make new friends, making of an unknown place your new home?
I’m sill figuring it out.
Someone suggested me to not focus on the negative things and stay positive, being active and
curious. So I did, I went wondering around, while exploring the city of Norwich.
It was a rainy day and I wasn’t really looking for something in particular, but at some point
something completely captured my interest, it was the light of St Peter Mancroft church.
It was so familiar to me. It reminded me of a family dinner, a lit fireplace, a hot cap of tea. It
reminded me of home.
How beautiful is finding a piece of home in an unknown place.
I’m currying it always with me now, on one of my sketchbook's paper.
