I’m Louise, the dyer behind Bow Fiddle Yarns. I love colour, the uniqueness of each skein of yarn and the pleasure it gives the crafter while making and wearing.

Bow Fiddle Yarns was established in 2018 from a love of hand dyed yarns and the recognition that crafting can help with mindfulness. Based on the North East of Scotland I love bright, saturated colours and sharing my creations with fellow fibre fans. My love of the local area is reflected in the names of my semi-solid colourways.

In April 2020 the Bow Fiddle Yarns Shop app was launched (on both App Store and Google), giving yarn lovers a new way of purchasing yarn and notions especially in the current climate.
