When I found old musical scorebooks and piano which were donated to Atelier CORNERS in 2005. Then I remembered my childhood memories, I was taking piano lesson and loved it. Koji is always singing and humming during the work in the Atelier Corners. All the music he hears is the driving force of Koji’s production. He creates works other than his iconic musical scores, such as letters and photo images, that are his own personal take on the originals. The majority of his works are produced in black and white, although he experiments occasionally with colour. It takes him about three days to complete a piece.
