Context
On 10 June 2022, we organised for DG MARE the CFP Report Event that took place in a hybrid format in Charlemagne’s building and online on the event platform created for this purpose. In total, 482 participants registered for the event including 105 onsite and 2560 remotes..

Objective
We developed the standard event concept based on the Contracting Authority requirement. The event took place in the Gasperi room in the Charlemagne building and was web-streamed on the event platform (B2Match) developed in the scope of this contract with Slido as the chat function. During the timeframe of the contract, we assisted DG MARE in clarifying the basis of the concept and defined the organizational steps and timeline to implement the event.
