Exploring art is a necessary part of self-exploration for me. I make artwork to get to know myself and the world around me. By listening to my breath and slowing down, I can see things others might miss. Simple mundane places and objects become special or unique. When taking pictures, I am not just hunting for an interesting image, I am on the hunt for meaning, healing, and connection.

This process is influenced by a mindfulness meditation practice. Creativity is as important to healing as is spiritual development. I live in Sedona, Arizona surrounded by friends and plants. 🌱
