Sir Stirling Craufurd Moss

was born into a very passionate family about motorsport racing, his father Alferd scored 14th place at the Indianapolis 500, and his sister was a talented rally driver winning the Sestriere rally in 1968. It was natural for him to join the sport.
Moss entered the F1 hall of fame as the driver winning the largest number of races, 16, without winning a World Championship. In 1955, he won the "Mille Miglia" at the incredible average speed of 95,55 Mph, ending the race in 10 hours and 46 minutes, making him an icon of urban road racing. In 1962 Moss was severely injured in a crash that put him in a coma for 30 days. 6 months later, he decided to retire from F1 during a driving test. He died on the 12th of April 2020 at the age of 90.
