This is a member of the Kogi tribe in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The Kogi Mamos are the priests that are brought up in darkness their first nine years of living. The Kogi people refer to the non-indigenous as "Younger Brother' and are worried about their general treatment of Mother Earth.
