Artist Statement
I find my inspiration in the world around me. Textures, shapes, materials. Often cast aside items like old rusted metal, or ordinary objects like cardboard or toothpicks will catch my imagination and I will combine these with other objects to "construct" an art piece.

Artist Bio
Over the years I have worked in many media - ceramics (functional and sculptural), metal (jewelry, sculpture), stone (sculpture), fiber (2 and 3 D and weaving, knotting), glass (blown and molded), metal plate etching, paint, papier mache (sculpture), wood (furniture, vessels, sculpture) and graphic design. I am a graduate of OCAD and have studied at Sheridan School of Design, George Brown College. My work is included in numerous private collections, national and international.
