Artist Statement
I think of “art” as a series of rabbit holes that I can run down into and explore. I have followed many and they led me to watercolours, to acrylics (both realistic and not) to figure drawing and portraits, to printmaking with hands, presses and gelli pads, to mixed media usage, collage and to computer programs such as Photo Shop and Pro Create. Are there more? I will find them. Currently, as my current work demonstrates, I am using my prints for collage with mixed media.

Artist Bio
At 17 I went to Teachers’ College and at 18 began my career. In every grade, for 27, years I taught “art” of one form or another. I do not have an Arts Degree but have taken so many art courses both at Neilson Park, Visual Arts Mississauga and on-line that I feel I have an “honorary degree”, at least. After watercolours, I studied acrylics, collage, figures, mixed media and printmaking, to name a few. I was in numerous galleries for group shows (The Kumph, The Twist, Glen Erin, Hamilton Art Gallery, Colborne Art Gallery, Holcim Art Gallery in Oakville etc..) where a few kind people bought my
work. There is always more to experience.
