Artist Statement
For many the equine form represents freedom.
Freedom of movement and spirit. In the past year we have endured a new form on containment, this global pandemic has created new restrictions that we all suffer to embrace. In this time of new restrictions I have reached out in my art for comfort and found it again in the equine form.

Artist Bio
I am based in Mississauga, Ontario. My training was refined through my studies at York University's Fine Arts Program. During my studies I focused mainly on painting and historical techniques. I have trained in acrylic and traditional oil processes, though most work I complete is in acrylic. Since graduating I have learned Photoshop for digital painting and enjoy the challenges of learning this medium. I will continue to explore new techniques and practices in order to grow my creative process.
