Painted during the start of the 2020 pandemic. I felt inspired by the confusion and panic around but also by contrast the calm and serene feeling of being in lockdown.
I liked being in lockdown, I felt a calm and peacefulness about the whole situation which was in huge contrast to the many families whom lost a loved one.
It struck me as a footnote of change was happening.
