Context: The Social Economy Action Plan (Nov 2021) was designed to support social economy operators by enhancing visibility, facilitating operations, and improving access to finance. Key objectives include scaling up social economy organizations and enterprises, promoting social innovation, and strengthening the social economy in non-EU countries, particularly in enlargement and neighborhood countries.

Objective: DG Employment brought on GOPA Com., based on its expertise in the preparation and implementation of awareness campaigns and launches, to design and execute the launch of the Social Economy Action Plan and support its dissemination across social media channels and live events.
