Opposition and more art by Françoise Vaal

Opposition, part 9 of my series 'The Final Takeover'.

This photo was taken on a dump site where massive concrete sewer pipes are the blackberry's opposition. No matter how much concrete you put in its way, a blackberry finds a way to grow and prosper. It simply knows how to deal with opposition.

What I find fascinating is that , given the chance, nature will takeover everything made by man. It might take a while, meet many complications, thousands of years, but in the end even the tallest buildings will crumble. Nature does not hurry. She is efficient.
