Asphyxiation and more art by Alexandra Nieuwoudt

Asphyxiation , 2021
100 x 150 cm (h x w)
# Digital Phography

Constantly feeling the pressure of trapped air, bubble wrap was a way for me to represent the feelings of my burning lungs, contracting and expanding as the feeling of rough sandpaper riddles my chest. Anxiety is something that I am going to live with my whole life, and this is my way of sharing my journey with the world.
