This is a PowerPoint Slide with a diagram explaining the benefits to students and staff of the group supervision approach we adopted on Teams for Physiology (Biomedical Sciences) Honours Projects this year. I wanted to share this to encourage others to try group, online supervision in Teams in future.

Dr Claire Garden is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Learning and Teaching in the School of Applied Sciences. She is module leader for the honours project module for the Biological Sciences undergraduate suite of programmes and teaches across the biomedical sciences undergrad and postgrad degrees. Claire holds a PhD in Molecular Neuroscience, although current research and scholarship focuses on novel learning and teaching approaches to support student inclusion, engagement and skills development. She also regularly works with the Life Sciences industry on upskilling and CPD initiatives which she feeds into curriculum design.
