Paddling a Canoe: Dialogic Assessment for Professional Recognition, 2021

The image summarises data from a collective autoethnographic study which took place in spring/ summer 2020. The participants in the study were colleagues from York St John and the University of Ulster. We explored the conditions in which dialogic assessments thrive and challenges to be considered. We have presented our findings to Advance HE and have had a paper accepted for publication. We welcome further discussion on this topic, not just in the context of ENroute.
