This artwork revolves largely around one of the deepest kinds of care, human connection. Even minor connections with loved ones can make large impacts on people's lives. Simply talking or spending time with friends can make a tremendous difference when it comes to mental health. I am pleased with how I managed to embody the feeling of releasing strong emotions with the use of bright colors and lots of contrast. This work also serves as a reminder that we are not alone, and that there are always people who can help us to let go and move forward.
