"Emily, Pearla, and Zoe...the spirit of goodness.

For me, this piece is about hope, uncertainty in the moment, and the undeniable cycle of change. And of course... trust in the unseen.

When I see the fruit/mushrooms they remind me of my students. And although they might seem alone out there, the amount of support, wisdom and connection being constantly offered through the extended network/mycelium is undeniable. We as teachers, visionaries, parents, are the mycelium... along with all those who have come before us. I believe in US and trust in our future.

Emily and Pearla were in my first kids yoga class when they were 6...and kept showing up til I moved from CA to Maine this year ( they are almost 13 now). Moving classes on line allowed us to continue to create together and that's where Zoe came in. She is from Maine and heard about our on-line studio time and together we started our own little ""Vision Train"". Meeting twice weekly, our ""Creative Release for Quarantweens"" group pulsed and new friends came and went. Together we created something beautiful each week, processed what was showing up through story and reflection, and found inspiration through our new coast to coast connections we never imagined possible. ""The spirit of goodness"" is a nod of appreciation to Paul Stamets vision. May it bring you hope, serve as a gentle reminder that we are being held and supported, and encourage you to be a part of our regeneration as One."
