ABOUT THE ARTIST
BFA -1993 & MFA- 1995 from “Visva Bharati University" (Santiniketan), West Bengal, India. Recipient of “The Pollock Krasner foundation grant– USA" and “National Scholarship - Govt. of India ", trained under the guidance of Shri. Riten Mozumdar, renowned artist/designer. In 2021, became the first Indian artist to be listed in the Techspressionist Artist Index. Participated in numerous solo / group art shows - National & International.

ABOUT THE WORK
Inspiration of my creations is “Elements of Life” and along with this the element "us". All are linked/dependent on each other along with technological development. Movement of life through different ups and downs, smooth & sharp path taking our all conscious, unconscious and subconscious thoughts together gets transformed in my work through layers. Photography, Scanned images of drawing and Computer editing techniques are involved in expressing my thought process/ Techspressionism art.
