Extrovert
121 x 91 cm (h x w)

My artwork ‘Extrovert,’ draws inspiration from Jean Michael Basquiat in exploring the application of the style
neo-expressionism. I used acrylic paint, oil pastels, oil sticks and spray paint. This artwork explores the free-flowing nature of my own personal emotions. Confidence allows a person to express themselves to others, which is why this artwork is very loud. The grungy aesthetic also represents how messy emotions can be all build up in my mind and by released in a burst in raw emotion.
