This series is produced based on the 7 chakras, Being fully aware of these chakras, their respective colors and the organs they affect, will help you notice the improvements you can make to your body through the different methods of awakening and strengthening these chakras. Through this, one can create a harmonious balance in your spiritual body and life to stay mentally , emotionally and physically healthy. Seen on my IG etstrikesback in Jan 2022; the name “Inner-gy” for this series, was given by a dear friend, Ritzal Shawn.
