Somatic Inspired: Shifting physical dispositions to shift your mental state and emotions.
Ontology is the branch of philosophy that studies concepts such as existence, being, becoming, and reality. I am grateful that I get to participate in the Newfield Ontological Coaching program, that focuses on how we can help cultivate the Observer or ‘Big Eye’ muscle within each of us. As an Observer, a person’s ‘Way of Being’ can be understood more clearly in 3 areas: Body, Emotions and Language. This increased ability to see and notice ourselves brings one key advantage – we get to Choose. Now that we realize we can have more Options, we can take different Actions, producing different Results. This series was conceived to bring some of the Distinctions to life, with different shades and splashes of purple. Seen on my IG etstrikesback in Feb 2022.
