作品是利用1986年的香港電影——2046中的其中一幕作為主題並以繪畫的形式表達出來。而這件作品正是以「只要你不放棄, 你永遠還有機會」的情節重現於觀眾眼前。
電影本身是表現時間的其中一種形式，而當中的每分每秒對於電影所講述的故事也相當重要，而周俊輝利用繪畫把電影中的其中一幕停止下來讓觀眾重新理解該幕的意義。透過利用繪畫把電影中的一幕凍結，就像把時間停止一樣，令觀眾重新理解香港的美麗之處並珍惜目前所居住的香港。
This artwork illustrates a scene from the film 2046 debuted in 2004. To present this theme with his drawing, the artist chooses the scene of the female protagonist saying: "When you don’t take no for an answer, there is still a chance you’ll get what you want.”
As an art form set out to represent the passage of time, each film tells us a story with moving pictures every second or minute, and hence each scene of the film is crucial in conveying the messages. Chow Chun Fai's painting captures a single moment of the film to engage viewers in reflecting on the message communicated through the particular scene. The artist captures the scene as if to represent a frozen moment in the past in front of the eyes of the audience, inviting them to take a fresh look at the beauty of Hong Kong and treasure their home city Hong Kong at the moment.
