I built this for my students. It is easy to retexture -- it took me about an hour total to texture it as you see it -- the original was in standard woodgrain to begin with.
All parts of this build are malleable, meaning that they can be edited in "edit linked" mode. The textures are also FULL PERM, so feel free to leave them in, add some furniture, and sell the heck out of it!
