My work is inspired by all things in nature especially my connection to bees (am a beekeeper) and also the poetries of Seamus Heaney. Climate. Chaos also figures into the content of the pieces. In 2019 a three week art residency at the Lucid Art Foundation https://www.lucidart.org/ opened up line of inquiry that continues currently. I work in the space between abstraction and representation thus my practice accomodates the intertwining thoughts and actions that are part and parcel of my process.
