"Islands" is a digital art short film showing islands in the metaverse, where the cyborg, plants, and humans are connected. The scene is set in a virtual space within the metaverse, where everything floats in the air. I designed an avatar of a giant cyborg and placed it in the center of the screen, and the humans standing on the floating platform are relatively small. There are two trees on both sides of the cyborg, and all the elements are moving slowly in a quiet and icy atmosphere to the background music with a sense of technology. This work is an imagination of the future digital age, showing the relationship between humans, technology, and nature in the era of "digital awakening".
