I used thin black markers, ink, and gray alcohol markers. I mostly used Micron thin markers and I briefly used ink and a fountain pen. I preferred the former as for the fountain pen, I had to continuously dip the pen in the ink. For the background, I used the same materials while also using dark alcohol markers to create a greater contrast between the subjects. This was all on a 15” by 13” illustration board.
