The design concept revolves around the idea of creating a space that is a collection or a "library" of astral experiences that a person undergoes spatially.
The experience is warped by both gravity and motion so that no two observers can ever agree on which event happened when.
The interpretation of the brief brought into the design the concept of progression of space and time, while the library or collection and the event remains constant. The brief also tells us that in the end, everything comes back full circle with it being null and void, hence the use of the penrose stairs
