I was inspired by Anni and Joseph Albers to examine the effects of varying the thickness of threads and blending colors. The structure of this 9-patch traditional quilt pattern is built upon 1” squares with a hand embroidered visual mix of red and blue on white. Mounted on wooden stretcher bars.
