Peruvian-born, Rosa Vera grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and in Latin America. Caught in Peru during the pandemic, this woman, "Blue," captures her love for the women there. This was a dark period for many women caught in the lock down with abusive partners. "Blue" was born of her wish for independent women.
