I saw the buttons as a source of amusement and education for children. There are useful for colours, shape and size. I stared layering some on top of each other and thought they looked like eyes and that lead to the rag doll left on the shelf. Some buttons are painted others are attached, some have paint added. Buttons are fun and that is what I hoped to create with this work.
