Emy Spinks is an autistic artist who is non-verbal, she has support in her studio space. As part of that support we celebrate key events each year including Pride. I believe it is important for Emy to be able to understand the importance that an event like Pride has and striving to achieve a more inclusive society. Emy created this piece after being inspired by pride artwork of other artist and researching the topic, learning about important values.
