Scott Moore was born in Los Angeles, moved to Oklahoma shortly after because of a job offering in the graphic arts department at Oklahoma State University for his father. A few years later they were back in California, living in Bellflower. Scott’s interest in art began early, developing skills that set him apart. While in the Marine Corps he was an, “anything art”, designer for a variety of projects. Scott has taught workshops at the colleges level, participated in the Festival of Arts since 1980, and received, Artist of the Year Award in 2011, from the Laguna Beach Alliance for the Arts.
