Breaking News: One of a set of images, which was shortlisted for a sports photography award. There were five images which got me to the final five of the Midland Sports Photography of the Year finalists without any of the images showing a sports person - all of the pictures showed spectators!

I always keep an eye out for expressions on spectators I enjoy photographing the emotion on their faces.

These are Hereford United fans who have just found out that the team they were in a relegation battle with had just conceded a goal.
