Maria-Eurydiki Ventouri

Maria-Eurydiki Ventouri was born in Piraeus, where she graduated from the Greek-French high school "Jeanne d'Arc".

She studied Architecture in France, graduating from the UP6 National School of Architecture Porte de la Villette (ENSAPLV)

During her stay in France, she worked mainly with inks and etchings on metal using the 'eau forte' and 'pointe sèche' techniques.

After her return to Greece, she worked mainly with oil paintings on canvas.
She has taken part in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad and has been awarded in art competitions.

What she considers important in art is research. It is to constantly try to make the new, the virgin, to go further, to offer him what does not exist and which wants to be born through her art in order to exist.
She believes that imagination is the percentage of freedom that each artist has to communicate with his subconscious.
