Article 3 of the UDHR: right to life, liberty and security

Montserrat Fernández Álvarez (Spain) represents article 3 UDHR. Montserrat holds multiple roles at Dulce Nombre de Jesús School (Oviedo, Asturias), including teacher, guidance counselor, and coordinator of the Guidance Department. With degrees in Educational Sciences, Speech Therapy, and Neuropsychology, she has extensive experience in education and language development, and is an honorary collaborator of the Psychology Department at the University of Oviedo.
