In the modern world most of us forget to stop and connect with our emotions, leaving us disconnected from our souls. We do not pay attention to what we are feeling and what we really need, which makes us a skeleton with flesh without a nurtured and connected spirit.

We are contantly running away from ourselves as we are overwhelmed by instant messages from numerous channels and our concentration is shattered into pieces. This leads to stress, anxiety and fatigue.

Our hearts need a good ear and our brains need a pause. Let’s be kind to ourselves. Let’s reconnect with ourselves.

My art is a reflection of these crucial processes in an attempt to share my personal experiences. Painting has provided me a lot of space and I am grateful for discovering it.
