"I chose Rosa Parks because she is one of the first heroes I learned about. On my “brave” tag I put a sea shell because it shows toughness. I also put stones because they’re hard and stiff which I thought represented bravery. The thing I found most difficult in my art piece was mixing the paint to make purple because sometimes I added too much blue or too much red. If I changed one thing in my art piece it would be having less shades of the purple.
