In this picture, Feng Zikai depicts his four-year-old daughter drawing with paper and ink. She picks up the fountain pen out of curiosity, trying to draw something with it. But she finds it somehow gets clogged. Depicted with a concentrated expression, the little girl is not aware of his father entering her room. The picture illustrates the innocent and simple characters of children. When they learn something, they will be quietly absorbed in a world of their own.
