In today’s current unstable environment, many are experiencing anxiety and grief. Engaging in the arts has been known to reduce stress and improve psychological well-being. Actively participating in the arts often leads to a greater sense of control over one’s life. It is this artist’s hope that others might explore the values of engaging with grief via rituals and altars, leading to a more positive mind frame and outcome.
