This piece was the first painting created in my new studio in West Virginia. I chose a subject from the far past, the circle paintings from the early years in Florida. I wanted to pick a subject I was comfortable with in this new environment. After all the dark and enigmatic images from Screamer Mountain; it was as if I passed through a tunnel into the light of the past/future never returning to the mysterious images of Screamer Mountain.
