The Grey Mares Tail is a waterfall close to Moffat in southern Scotland. The fall itself drops 60 metres from Loch Skeen by the Tail Burn into the valley below. Its a fantastic place to visit with a decent pathway that follows it up to Loch Skeen where you can continue onwards around the Loch and up to the surrounding hills. I selected this part of the waterfall as it is not easily accessible. I love "The Flow" of the water on a slightly slow exposure to create that beautiful smooth texture as if it has been frozen in time.
