To me, connection means: positivity; happiness; and knowing and caring for myself and those that I love.
Just as a bit of context: for a long time throughout a difficult period I had health-wise a few years ago, I felt totally disconnected from myself and my feelings and it’s really only recently that I have been able to fully appreciate what that meant and continues to mean to me. I am slowly beginning to feel more connected to myself and others again and actually feel that I may, at some point, know myself a lot better than I ever thought possible as a result of my experiences and that gives me hope
