About the Artist: Janet Bradley is an artist on full alert. While driving around beautiful Haliburton County, she finds herself noticing the shades of green in the adjacent foliage and images that present themselves as potential paintings. In the early 90's, she began folk art painting and became hooked. Later, she realized that painting real subjects and landscapes was her passion. Working mostly with oils and sometimes with acrylics, she embraces the challenges of landscape painting but her real love is painting animals and birds. She is a member of Harvey Walker's art group and has come to realize that painting is a never ending learning curve.
