The artist connects body and bed in a symbolic way, highlighting the importance of slowing down, sleeping well, and staying menatlly healthy for the well-being of our bodies and minds. Moreover, the paintings aim to highlight the significance of balance in our daily routine, in this case; staying productive as well as taking time off.
