Description:
Art of neural connection which shows how a web of neurons translates all mundane and exciting influences into perceptions of the world and self. These neural connections open various doors, highlighting the vital importance of brain connectivity throughout life.

Bio:
I am a trained Neuroscientist with fascination for the brain and art. The inspiration for this project came when I was writing my Ph.D. thesis which documents my work on Alzheimer's disease. I grew appreciation for memories and how neurodegenerative diseases take away these rich and precious memories. I titled this series "Fading Memories" to show the vulnerability of the brain throughout life, especially in Alzheimer's disease.

Research focus: Alzheimer’s Disease
