Artist Statement

This image shows a lighthouse, during a bright and calm fall afternoon. The addition of the red, yellow and green colours from the lighthouse and trees, stand out against the blue sky. The lighthouse symbolizes guidance, hope, safety and security, and ties in with the overall theme of being out on the sea. My objective with this image is to evoke feelings of freedom, peace and tranquility.

Artist Bio

Based in Toronto, I specialize in commercial and landscape photography, with a strong commitment for capturing the most beautiful moments in life.

For as long as I could remember, I've always loved photography. I specifically remember focusing on nature, travel and landscapes, and that is something I continue to follow today. Photography was always one of my favourite hobbies, and attending Humber College's Creative Photography program, helped me to discover the field of photography that I am most passionate about, which is commercial and product photography. I love the creativity that I am allowed to explore in a commercial shoot and learning all about the different secrets and hacks that go into making a commercial shot look amazing. While I do love commercial photography, I still love taking photos of various landscapes and sceneries. Everyday, I am continuing to grow my portfolio and my photography career, but as of now I am extremely happy and satisfied with my photos and most importantly, who I am as a photographer.
