Street Food , 2021
20 x 24 x 1 in (h x w x d)
Acrylic on Canvas

The drawing depicted typical days in the street food of Saigon. The first thing to do was sketching the size and the view of the street. Simultaneously, this helped me to show the key lines in the drawing. As I continue the drawing, I take the transparent really smooth, adding the details of the stroke in the blue roof. Finally, the detail becomes clearer as the lines are defined. This drawing makes you feel like you are in the food vendor as the people are busy with their life in the afternoon.
