Where the high horizon of pale blue sky meets the earth colours of Earl's and Pontesford Hill. Is it green or is it grey? An emergence begins. The dark forest covered sloping hill sweeps from high to low across the portrait shaped landscape. A cross-section of the hill soon meets layers of the billowing long green yellow grasses. Individual tall grasses with rounded flower heads weave their way into view. A miniature white head, a profile self portrait appears in the bottom right corner. Her eye closed, the top of her head melted away. She embraces the environment through her momentary senses.
